Integration Manager

• Guide and support customers through the integration of our order API
• Explain API functionality and provide technical guidance to customer development teams
• Prepare test environments, coordinate UAT sessions and track implementation progress
• Coordinate release planning and manage crisis communication
• Support data migrations and system change processes
• Maintain and improve API documentation

• 2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager
• Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach
• Ability to work alongside technical teams and translate between business and technical requirements
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, or similar)
• Fluent in English and German, Spanish is a plus
• Eager to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience
