As our IT Manager EMEA, you will lead the regional IT function and act as the key link between our EMEA business teams and Global IT. You will oversee Business Applications, IT Operations and Helpdesk, while managing the regional IT budget and key technology partners. Working closely with business leaders, Global IT and external providers, you will ensure that IT supports business growth, operational excellence and digital transformation across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • IT Leadership & Business Partnership: Lead the EMEA IT function and act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technology solutions and priorities.
  • Business Applications: Oversee the EMEA application landscape, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM and other core business systems. Lead the Applications team and ensure effective system lifecycle management, integration and continuous improvement.
  • IT Operations & Helpdesk: Lead the EMEA Helpdesk team and ensure reliable, high-quality IT services across the region. Oversee service delivery, IT assets and end-user services, coordinating with Global IT and external providers on infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, cloud and other IT services.
  • Projects & Transformation: Lead regional IT projects and initiatives from requirements through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Global IT standards.
  • Budget & Vendors: Own the EMEA IT budget and manage key technology vendors and service providers, ensuring effective cost management, service quality and business value.
  • Global IT & Governance: Act as the regional interface to Global IT, implementing global IT policies and standards while coordinating on infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture and strategic technology initiatives. Provide regular updates on IT performance, risks and priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise applications, IT operations or technology management.
  • 5+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country environment.
  • Strong experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, ERP or similar business systems.
  • Experience leading IT teams and/or Helpdesk/service delivery functions.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects, vendors and external service providers.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking and modern workplace technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, Sales & Operations or B2B environments is highly desirable.
