Front End Developer

Do you have strong Front End technical skills combined with a consultative approach and strategic, commercial outlook?

You could be joining a FinTech start-up within the consulting division of the Madrid office, the company has secure backing and an established Hedge Fund client as a partner.

As a Senior Front End Developer you’ll take ownership of client based technical projects, designing and developing user interfaces and client dashboards for cutting edge trading systems technology. You’ll join a small team and be empowered to work independently and leverage new and emerging technology., * You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above in University - Computer Science or Mathematics preferred

• You have strong front end development experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and React
• You have advanced communication and client relationship building skills gained within a consultancy environment
• You have strong business acumen
• You’re a technologist who enjoys collaborating and problem solving
• You have a good knowledge of modern software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle
• You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Algorithms
• You’re excited to join a start-up in a role that you can shape and influence

You’ll join colleagues in the Madrid office on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday), working hours 0900-1800 with some flexibility.
