Job description

Julius Baer seeks an experienced IT Service Owner to oversee end-to-end IT service operations per SLA, coordinating dependencies, lifecycle management, and incident/change/release governance. The role collaborates with the software vendor on changes and deployments and supports data migrations and risk analyses.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT service ownership or similar, with Windows Server, ETL tools, MS SQL, APIs, IBM MQ, and ITIL knowledge.
