Job description

The IAM Analyst is part of an evolving team responsible for provisioning into AD, O365, Cloud Systems, AS 400 and other functional applications., * Engage in Access Reconciliation Exception remediation activities

  • Perform control monitoring and testing related activities
  • Responsible for IAM assigned team processes
  • Prepare documentation, initiate calls/meetings and manage the lifecycle of the process
  • Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers
  • Ensure users have the right access to do their jobs through the creation and maintenance of business roles, account monitoring and management, including managing and resolving orphaned accounts, service accounts and privileged access
  • Support periodic user access reviews, such as high-risk entitlement reviews, user access reviews, role reviews
  • Input and upload response results among various in-house tools
  • Configure and integrate new applications into the identity access management system and maintain existing applications
  • Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose
  • Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience in the IAM field
  • Minimum of at least one year of related experience required; IAM experience desired
  • Risk & Controls management mindset
  • SailPoint/Saviynt knowledge is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries desired
  • Solid understanding of access request, access provisioning and access certification processes
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Visio), * Project Management experience including solid knowledge of IAM controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred
  • Understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective
  • This position requires strong knowledge of Active Directory, user authentication and authorization methods, user provisioning, cloud and IAM platforms, as well as Privileged Access Management
  • Ensure that proper security settings are applied to reflect the model of least privilege
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple complex projects
  • Results oriented, strong analytical, data management, problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, team building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills and developing strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate effective interaction with senior management across diverse cultures
  • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicate effectively and comfortably
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment, high level of energy and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes to plans
  • Ability to critically challenge when warranted with the goal of resolving issues

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 5% of the time may be required.
  • This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (“ITAR”) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”).

Compensation starting at $50,500 - $76,403 depending on candidate location and experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
