Job description

STAFFXPERT are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support a strategic CRM and data platform migration initiative. This role will focus on migrating business-critical operations from Salesforce to an internal ORM-based data platform with AI-native tooling., Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data integration components.
  • Develop API routes and implement modern frontend design patterns.

CRM & Data Platform Migration

  • Support migration of Salesforce-based workflows, objects, automations, and reporting into internal platforms.
  • Design and implement entity/object schemas using ORM-style or GraphQL-backed frameworks.
  • Define data migration strategies, rollback plans, and conflict-resolution mechanisms for parallel systems.

Data Engineering & Integration

  • Build and maintain real-time event-streaming and data pipeline solutions using Kafka or similar technologies.
  • Work with large-scale data warehouse and analytics platforms including Snowflake, Spark, Hive, or BigQuery.
  • Perform data modeling, transformation, and integration across heterogeneous systems.

AI-Assisted Development

  • Utilize AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as part of daily engineering workflows.
  • Accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and code reviews through AI-assisted tooling.

Collaboration & SDLC

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce admins, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate across the full SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack engineering expertise, experience with data platform migrations, event-driven architectures, GraphQL/ORM frameworks, and modern AI-assisted development workflows., * 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Kafka or distributed event-streaming platforms

  • Strong understanding of data migrations and system integrations.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools:

  • Claude Code
  • Cursor
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working across full SDLC environments.
  • Salesforce & CRM Platform Knowledge

Must-Have Skills

  • Full Stack / Tools Engineering

  • AI Development Workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce platform experience including:

  • Apex
  • SOQL
  • Lightning Components
  • Custom Objects
  • Salesforce Automations
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Vercel deployment environments.
  • Experience supporting CRM modernization or enterprise migration programs.
