Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Canva (required) Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to design cohesive carousels that tell a story slide to slide Understanding of Instagram and TikTok visual trends and formats Ability to adapt design style across multiple brand identities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Compensation

You’ll start by managing 2 client accounts, each requiring roughly 1-2 carousel posts per week, with the opportunity to grow to 5+ accounts as you prove your fit within the team.

The first 60 days serve as a mutual trial period. During this time, starting compensation is $300/month for the 2 accounts. Upon successful completion of the trial, compensation increases based on performance and client scope, with rates for individual accounts typically ranging from $125-250/month.

This role offers a clear path toward expanded responsibilities and long-term growth within Soleil Studio.
