Regional Service & Commissioning Manager - Data Center Infrastructure

We are seeking a Regional Service & Commissioning Manager - Data Center Infrastructure to support the delivery and service operations of advanced cooling solutions for AI and mission critical data centers.

This role will be responsible for coordinating commissioning activities, managing onsite execution, supporting customer acceptance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across assigned projects.

The position works closely with customers, engineering teams, contractors, and third-party service partners to drive successful project execution and long-term service performance.

Responsibilities

1.Project Delivery & Commissioning

· Support installation, startup, commissioning and customer acceptance activities for data center cooling systems

· Coordinate onsite activities between customers, engineering teams, contractors and service partners

· Track project progress, risks, issues and documentation requirements

· Support troubleshooting and resolution of field technical issues

2.Service Operations

· Manage daily service execution and field support activities

· Coordinate third-party service providers and contractors

· Monitor service response, quality and issue closure

· Maintain service documentation and reporting processes

3.Customer Interface

· Serve as operational contact for customers during project delivery and service activities

· Support communication between customers, internal engineering teams and external partners

Required:

· 3-8+ years experience in data center infrastructure, commissioning, field service or technical project management

· Experience working in mission critical environments

· Experience coordinating contractors, vendors or customers

· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

· Experience with data center cooling systems

· Liquid cooling, CDU, direct-to-chip cooling experience

· HVAC/mechanical systems commissioning experience

· Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data centers

· OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
