Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)
  • Strong understanding of CMOD architecture, application groups, folders, cabinets, and storage management
  • Experience with document indexing technologies including
  • PDF Indexer
  • XML Indexer
  • ACIF Indexer
  • AFP document processing
  • Experience with report loading, ingestion, retrieval, and archival processes
  • Knowledge of CMOD administration utilities
  • ARSADMI
  • NARSDO
  • CARSMAIN
  • TARSXML
  • Experience with Linux, Unix (AIX preferred), or Windows server environments
  • .Experience with relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server
  • .Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
  • .Experience supporting enterprise ECM (Enterprise Content Management) environments
