Job description

We’re looking for a collaborative, analytical and systems-minded Data & Operations Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that support our mission. This position is the organization’s primary Salesforce Administrator and data steward, ensuring the integrity of our data systems, developing reports and dashboards, supporting grant and contract compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, building efficient systems, translating data into meaningful stories, and collaborating across departments to make a measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you. Your work will directly support the organization’s ability to serve more families, strengthen community partnerships, and fulfill our mission.

Working closely with leaders and staff across the organization, this position ensures alignment between data, reporting, and operational priorities, fostering a shared understanding of performance, outcomes, and organizational impact. This role is the source of most of Arrive’s internal reports and dashboards and plays a key role in providing data, analysis, and insights for the organization’s annual report, impact reports, grant reporting, and other strategic communications. Success in this position requires the ability to move fluidly between technical systems work, cross-functional collaboration, data storytelling, and people leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

Own Salesforce administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance across all departments. Complete outstanding setup and optimization work and ensure the platform is fully migrated and functioning for every department and program. Build and maintain dashboards as requested by leadership and department directors. Evaluate, blend, and transform enterprise and external data in support of Arrive’s reporting and analytics. Oversee the completeness and accuracy of data for all clients, partnerships and grant opportunities.

Reporting and Analytics

Interpret, analyze, and apply statistical analysis techniques to surface patterns and key insights in mission-critical data. In partnership with the Deputy Director and department directors, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on outputs and outcomes related to HomeOwner Basics, strategic and business plan goals, lending, and loan servicing. Develop internal systems to track department goals and accomplishments and provide regular reports to the Deputy Director and leadership team on performance against goals. Manage grants oversight and programmatic reporting in coordination with the Finance and Development teams. Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of organizational data for the annual report, impact reports, and other external communications, ensuring data is accurate, compelling, and aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.

People Leadership

Directly supervise assigned team members, providing goal setting, accountability, coaching, and development support. Maintain visibility into team activities and priorities to ensure alignment between community engagement efforts, organizational objectives and reporting needs.

Research and Strategy

Demonstrate the significance of Arrive’s work in the context of local, regional, and national trends affecting homebuyers and affordable homeownership. Research and report on housing market trends and conditions, including trends in homeownership across diverse communities, for business planning, staff and board education.
