Applications Developer

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and scripts.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Applications Developer to join our team in a precision manufacturing environment serving the aerospace industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational programming skills who is eager to learn, solve problems independently, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Working within an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing environment, you will develop and support applications, databases, reports, and automation tools that improve operational efficiency, quality, traceability, and business processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate is technically curious, resourceful, and comfortable researching solutions independently while utilizing modern development and AI-assisted tools., * Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Experience developing, testing, or maintaining software applications through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and aerospace quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills., * Coursework, certifications, personal projects, or internship experience related to software development.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
