Project IT Analyst

We are seeking a Project & Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) implementation in Boise, Idaho.

The team is implementing a new Degreed Learning Experience Platform designed to bring employee learning and training into one centralized experience. Currently, training is managed across multiple systems and platforms. This project will integrate those systems so employees can access their learning and training through a single platform.

This position will support multiple project workstreams and provide project coordination, business analysis, testing, documentation, and stakeholder support. This is a supporting role within a larger project team rather than a position responsible for leading the overall implementation., · Provide project coordination and project management support across multiple workstreams.

· Assist with business analysis activities, requirements gathering, and documentation.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test execution, and issue tracking.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather information, communicate updates, and follow up on action items.

· Maintain project documentation, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

· Support meetings, sprint activities, demonstrations, and other project ceremonies.

· Track project tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies using project management tools.

· Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the implementation.

· Help identify project requirements and translate business needs into actionable project tasks.

· Provide general project support as the LXP implementation progresses through different phases.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in project coordination, business analysis, testing, IT project support, or a related field.
• Experience working within a larger project or implementation team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project workstreams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience working with IT systems, technical projects, or enterprise applications., * Combination of project management and IT/testing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Planner.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Sprint activities
• Sprint demonstrations
• Backlog/task management
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with learning management systems, learning platforms, or training-related technology projects.
• HR, Learning & Development, or training-system experience is a plus but not required., * IT or Project coordination, or business analysis or testing? : 2 years (Required)
