Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize complex ERP-driven processes and design scalable SAP-based solutions. You will drive end-to-end O2C delivery, integration, and data migrations while ensuring compliance and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into concrete designs and training. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture * Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts * Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software applications with the development team * Develop and implement complex integration workflows connecting ERP with external systems and lead data migration strategies * Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience while leading security/compliance initiatives * Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and lead user training workshops Tasks * Hands-on SAP SD experience including S/4HANA * Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management * Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and integrations with MM, FI, PP/QM, GTS, TM * Experience configuring pricing procedures, condition records, partner functions, outputs, and ATP * Solid knowledge of IDocs, BAPI, EDI, outputs, and integration with 3PL/logistics systems * Proven experience leading SIT/UAT cycles, test planning, and defect triage * Strong analytical and documentation skills to translate business needs into functional designs * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Lead end-to-end O2C design including sales orders, quotations, contracts, deliveries, billing, and credit management * Configure SAP SD components (pricing, partner functions, outputs, condition techniques, item categories) * Ensure integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM * Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate into design/functional specs * Lead SIT/UAT, manage defects, and validate interfaces (IDoc/BAPI/OData/API) * Prepare and support SD cutover activities (open orders, billing due lists, pricing loads, customer master updates) * Support go-live readiness, training, and hypercare stabilization * Ensure SOX/SOD compliance and audit readiness * Drive continuous improvements across pricing, returns, credit, and delivery * Create reusable templates, docs, and functional playbooks Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Long-term/Short-term Disability * Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts * 401(k) plan with employer contributions * Paid holidays and PTO
