Dataiku Administrator

Our client is seeking a Dataiku Administrator to serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for a critical enterprise data platform. This role will lead the transition of the Daitaku platform to the Data Intelligence organization while supporting a major initiative to migrate assets from a non-controlled environment into a SOX-compliant, controlled production environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for the platform, partnering with infrastructure, security, PMO, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless migration, platform stability, and long-term operational success within an AWS-hosted environment., As the Dataiku Administrator, you will own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dataiku platform while guiding its transition to the Data Intelligence team. You’ll be responsible for migrating platform assets between instances, implementing SOX-compliant processes and controls, and establishing operational best practices. This is a highly visible role where you’ll serve as the platform expert, mentor internal team members, and ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and scalable throughout its lifecycle.

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience administering the Dataiku platform in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing platform migrations, including moving assets between environments or instances.
• Ability to serve as the primary SME and technical owner for the platform, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

1. Platform Operations, Security & Production Support * Strong experience administering users, roles, permissions, and security configurations while maintaining platform governance. * Experience performing platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support with minimal downtime. * Knowledge of SOX-compliant environments, change management processes, and migrating applications from non-controlled to controlled production environments.

2. Python Automation & Scripting * Proficiency in Python for developing automation scripts that improve platform administration and operational efficiency. * Experience automating routine administrative tasks, monitoring, reporting, or migration activities. * Ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain automation scripts supporting platform operations.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
