Job description

To be considered you must have strong mySQL Database administration experience, with PostgreSQL, Aurora, SQL Server, being helpful as well. You will be responsible for database performance (tables/views, indexing, data normalization, etc), backups & recovery, etc. You will also be sitting within a broader devops team and will interface with cloud, infrastructure, and deployment, and automation teams, so any exposure to infrastructure-as-code, terraform, docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or scripting, would also be helpful. While you would be working within a larger tech org, this is a small, newer team with a high degree of opportunity for autonomy & influence. Prior experience managing vendors, working with internal-stakeholder-heavy positions, and making architecture or technology/tooling decisions is also a plus. Required Skills & Experience
