Job description
The Senior Change Management Specialist serves as the execution and delivery partner within the Enterprise Transformation Office, translating enterprise change strategy into workstream-level action across complex, large-scale initiatives such as the Phoenix integration. This senior individual contributor partners directly with workstream leaders, project management, and the Director of Change Management to drive readiness, manage change impacts, and strengthen adoption across the organization. The role requires deep change management experience, the judgment to operate in ambiguity, and the ability to author clear change communications in support of a broader enterprise change narrative. The Senior Change Management Specialist is a key contributor to building repeatable change capability that endures beyond any single initiative.
This is a full time, hybrid Senior Change Management Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.
What Youâll Do
- Partner with workstream leaders and project managers to plan and execute change management activities across enterprise initiatives.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments; translate findings into actionable workstream change plans.
- Coordinate and author workstream change communications that ladder up to the enterprise change narrative and sponsor messaging owned by Change Management leadership.
- Track and report change readiness, adoption indicators, and risks across assigned workstreams; escalate cross-workstream dependencies and barriers.
- Coach workstream leaders and people leaders to strengthen their effectiveness as sponsors and change champions.
- Support resistance identification and mitigation, working with leaders to build buy-in and minimize disruption.
- Partner with the Adoption and Enablement Lead to align workstream activities with adoption journeys, reinforcement campaigns, and measurement.
- Coordinate with external change partners (e.g., Korn Ferry) during integration periods, supporting knowledge transfer into Premise Health change capability.
- Apply and help mature change management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistent, disciplined practice across initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise change governance by preparing materials, tracking accountability checkpoints, and supporting decision-to-change processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Change Management certification required or strongly preferred (e.g., Prosci).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a related discipline, including enterprise-scale or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading change activities across multiple concurrent workstreams, ideally within a merger, acquisition, or large integration.
- Working proficiency with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Strong change communications skills, including the ability to author clear, audience-appropriate messaging in support of an enterprise change narrative.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the credibility to advise senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess change impacts and readiness and translate them into action.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced transformation environment.
