Job description

Reporting to the Sr. Director IT - Enterprise Applications, the incumbent will assist in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Agentic AI solutions using Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Abacus.AI, and enterprise integrations. This entry-level role focuses on intelligent automation across Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities AI Solution Development Develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions using Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and Abacus.AI. Assist in prompt engineering and AI workflow development. Develop conversational AI assistants. Application Integration Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce and ComplianceQuest. Support API testing and troubleshooting. AI Engineering Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Assist with AI model testing, deployment, and monitoring. Software Development Develop using Python, JavaScript, SQL, Git, and low-code AI platforms. Testing & Production Support Validate AI responses, execute test cases, troubleshoot production issues, and document solutions. Innovation Research Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Abacus.AI, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. 1-3 years of software development or AI engineering experience., Experience with Python or JavaScript. Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Git. Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Azure, or AWS preferred. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, MCP or RAG is desirable. Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP or Salesforce is a plus., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Passion for AI and enterprise automation. Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
