Senior Appian Tester- Remote

Experteer Overview As an Appian Tester at ICF, you will support federal modernization efforts by validating complex applications through manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and other testers to ensure high-quality releases. Your work spans frontend, API, and performance testing, plus test automation and regression maintenance. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven team that serves public-sector clients. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze user stories with the scrum team and craft test scripts in Gherkin format using Cucumber * Maintain and update regression test suite to cover new functionality * Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; identify risks to the system * Perform automated, exploratory, API, and regression testing on web applications * Collaborate with developers for root-cause analysis and preliminary diagnosis * Execute test cases and document defects with clear repro steps Tasks * 3+ years of manual and automation testing experience * 3+ years of testing across front-end, regression, and performance testing on web services and applications * US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required for federal contract * Eligible to obtain Public Trust clearance * Must reside and perform work in the United States for this federal contract Key requirements * Certifications paid by ICF * Extensive digital learning platform and training opportunities * In-person training and study guides * Career development programs * Support for accommodations and inclusive workplace * Competitive pay range
