Job description

  • Oversee daily IT operations within the distribution center, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across a wide range of devices (handhelds, desktops, RF equipment).

  • Ensure accurate store billing and timely processing of will-call orders.

  • Manage system access and data security for all facility team members.

  • Monitor and reduce equipment damage and replacement costs.

  • Maintain inventory of essential tech supplies like labels for order selectors., As permitted by state or local law, AutoZone may consider certain offenses to be relevant to positions responsible for conducting or overseeing financial transactions on behalf of AutoZone, driving company vehicles and/or supervision of minors.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a tech-driven environment.

  • Completion of management and leadership training is preferred.

  • Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human

Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Hands-on experience with RF equipment, PCs, and servers.
