FULLREMOTE - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to join an international team delivering business-critical solutions based on Microsoft’s low-code ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business needs, propose improvements and take ownership from day one. RESPONSABILITIES: * Design, develop and maintain business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. * Configure and optimize Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse solutions. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements. * Support integrations with external systems through APIs and data synchronization processes. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. * Contribute to solution governance, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Participate in technical discussions, sharing ideas and proposing improvements to existing solutions. REQUIREMENTS: * 4+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform. * Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse. * Experience designing, developing and supporting business-critical applications. * Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs, JSON and external services. * Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. * Experience working in international environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes. NICE TO HAVE: * Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure or Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance or internal control processes. * Experience with solution architecture, ALM and Power Platform governance. * Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certifications. SOFT SKILLS: * Highly proactive and solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to quickly onboard into new projects and technologies. * Confidence to challenge existing approaches and propose new ideas. * Strong ownership and accountability. * Collaborative attitude and excellent stakeholder management skills. * Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation.
