Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the HealthTech industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and leverage your analytical skills to drive decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions to our business challenges, creating compelling visualizations and dashboards, and driving the optimization of our data systems., 1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to support business needs.

  1. Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to present data and insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
  2. Leverage Tableau, SQL, Python, and other tools to create dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
  3. Work closely with various teams to understand their data requirements and ensure they have the data needed for their operations and analysis.
  4. Implement ETL processes, maintain data warehouse systems, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data systems and processes.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related experience.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in a data analysis role, with strong communication skills and ability to tell a story with the data for business impact.
  3. Proficiency in Tableau or another data visualization tool like PowerBI.
  4. Proficiency with SQL. Python is a plus.
  5. Solid experience in ETL processes and data warehouse systems is a plus
  6. Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, data cleaning, and data mining techniques.
  7. Strong English communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
