Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Data Specialist - Contractor for a leading financial services client. This individual will support a high-volume Mortgage Warehouse and Note Finance operation by reviewing loan documentation, managing collateral records, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate data within internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with financial services or administrative experience who is interested in expanding their exposure to lending operations, document review, and collateral management while working with a collaborative team.

Receive and process inbound FedEx/UPS collateral shipments Maintain collateral tracking logs and departmental reports Download, label, organize, and manage electronic and physical loan documents Review residential and commercial loan documentation for completeness and compliance Identify and escalate documentation exceptions as needed Enter collateral and loan information into internal databases with a high degree of accuracy Respond to emails and phone inquiries from internal business partners Pull, package, and ship loan files when requested Provide backup support and complete callback verification tasks for team members Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a professional administrative role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interpret documents, procedures, reports, and correspondence Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience reviewing mortgage, residential, or commercial loan documents Exposure to document management and collateral processing Banking or lending operations experience Experience handling physical loan files and shipment tracking Knowledge of promissory notes, allonges, security instruments, assignments, and title policies
