Senior Staff/Principal Architect - Identity, Cloud & Product Operations

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Staff/ Principal Architect to lead the convergence of cloud infrastructure, enterprise identity, security compliance, and product delivery enablement. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between engineering, product management, security, and external partners.

You will own the technical architecture of the company’s core cloud and identity ecosystems while simultaneously ensuring that the day-to-day agile product delivery operates smoothly, securely, and predictable in a regulated SaaS environment.

10+ years of experience in:

• Identity and Access Management using Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SSO, MFA, SAML/OIDC, Conditional Access.
• Multi-cloud Architecture and Administration
• Security, Compliance, and Audit Readiness including but not limited to: Identity governance, compliance support, audit preparation, evidence collection, and security posture management.
• Identity Migrations and Enterprise Infrastructure
• Agile Delivery and Jira Management
• Infrastructure Automation and Scripting

Technical Leadership and Cross-Functional Communication - Prior experience in IT advisory, consulting, or technical leadership roles in high-growth startup environments

• Practical application of LLMs/AI assistants to increase technical operational velocity
