Director, Business Solution Architect Salesforce (Native Spanish Speaker)

We’re looking for a Director - Business Solution Architecture to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode (once a month office presence can be required). In this role, you will lead Salesforce solution architecture strategy and implementation, ensuring the delivery of innovative, scalable solutions for large enterprise clients. Your impact will drive digital transformation across multiple industries including retail, media, healthcare, insurance and finance. You will play a key role in aligning business requirements with technical strategy, guiding cross-functional teams, and mentoring Salesforce professionals to achieve business outcomes., * Lead functional and technical architecture for Salesforce projects

• Facilitate discovery sessions to analyze business needs and pain points
• Engage stakeholders to define outcomes, success criteria, and solution design
• Translate business requirements into user stories and architected Salesforce solutions
• Perform fit-gap analysis and create comprehensive solution design documents
• Estimate level of effort for proposed solutions and articulate benefits and risks
• Develop capability and platform roadmaps aligned with client strategy
• Provide thought leadership to improve operations using Salesforce capabilities
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Support sales efforts with technical presentations and solution sizing

• 7+ years of CRM industry experience across full lifecycle implementations
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years leading solution architecture design
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom development
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and user experience principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Experience in writing user stories and applying design thinking concepts
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
• Additional industry certifications like FSL, CPQ, or B2C preferred

• Experience performing technical support during sales cycles
• Background in multiple CRM platforms in addition to Salesforce
• Experience in Agentic AI, including different LLMs
