Job description

  • Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within Oracle applications
  • Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
  • Implementing software solutions and offering training for seamless integration of business applications
  • Validating compliance and enhancing security measures to protect sensitive data
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
  • Developing policies and guidelines to support compliance and governance frameworks
  • Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks
  • Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality client solutions
  • Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver value

Requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience, * Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex compliance challenges
  • Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
  • Implementing compliance technology to enhance governance frameworks
  • Excelling in audit documentation and compliance advisement
  • Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
