Job description

Selery Fulfillment, Inc. is a fulfillment and e-commerce warehousing company with locations across the U.S. Selery is proud to serve hundreds of customers by ensuring their orders are packed and shipped on time. We are seeking a Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to manage a growing team. The Fulfillment Center Operations Manager oversees small to mid-size daily e-commerce operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role leads a team of associates, coordinates workflow, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment., * Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates performing picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.

  • Manage operational activities using the company WMS, Ship Hero.
  • Coordinate daily workload and labor assignments to meet order fulfillment and shipping deadlines.
  • Work alongside warehouse employees to ensure orders are processed.
  • Track and control inventory to ensure product availability and limit inventory shortages and overages.
  • Monitors order accuracy, productivity, and quality standards; addresses discrepancies promptly.
  • Train and coach associates to achieve performance goals and maintain cross-functional flexibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, customer service, and inventory teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas that meet company and OSHA safety standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead, coordinator, or supervisory role preferred.
  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel from time to time
