• Active Security Clearance is required or ability to obtain a security clearance.\n

Sem-Sol, a GRVTY company is seeking a Systems Engineer that has formalized engineering processes, but we want to take our organization to the next level. We are looking for a systems engineer who can help us integrate into larger systems and translate our capabilities into language that the Department of Defense community readily understands. • Interacting with the Department of Defense and large aerospace companies.\n
• Working with the chief engineer and program managers of several projects.\n
• Being responsible for the requirements generation, analysis, decomposition, and review with customers.\n
• Generating and maintaining interface control documents, validation and verification plans, and test plans.\n
• Manage configuration processes, perform functional analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.\n
• Evaluate customer needs against system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility with all system interfaces.\n
• Ensure the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, and opportunities meet Sem-Sol and contractual requirements.\n
• Oversee analyses for reliability, maintainability, human systems integration on subsystem and system architecture.\n
