NYC SCA Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

NYC SCA is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our Technology team. This role supports our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment and is responsible for both functional configuration and business analysis across Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules. The resource will work directly with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure the system meets business needs. This is a hands-on role - not a project manager or coordinator position.

• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud across Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules
• Gather and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deliver end-user training and support
• Perform first-line functional troubleshooting and break/fix resolution
• Deliver small to medium enhancements independently
• Partner with integration specialists and managed services vendors on larger initiatives

5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience with a strong technical and integration background.

• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
• Experience designing and supporting BPM approval workflows for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, supplier onboarding, and financial transactions.

• Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development experience including: o App-Driven Integrations o Scheduled Integrations o REST APIs o SOAP Web Services o ERP Cloud Adapters o File-Based Integrations o Business Events o Error Handling and Monitoring

• Experience designing and developing interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
• Strong expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion Data Models, and reporting development.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration tools including FBDI and ADFDI.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, security roles, and application framework.
• Functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and preparing functional and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments and Fusion migration projects.
• Experience supporting production environments, system stabilization, and enhancement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and Finance business users. .

Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), or Oracle APEX.

• Experience developing Fusion extensions and customizations using Oracle PaaS technologies.
• Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud certifications.
• Experience with SCM Cloud, HCM Cloud, EDMCS, or EPM integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD deployment practices, and Oracle Cloud release management.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project environments. .

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $70.00 - $80.00.
