Associate Director, Commercial Technology & Innovation

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead enterprise application development, SAP integrations, and customer-facing technology solutions. This leadership role will drive IT strategy, oversee global development teams, and manage enterprise platforms supporting Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, Fiori, CPI, PI/PO, enterprise integrations, and technology leadership within a global organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA application development and enterprise integrations.
• Establish development standards, architecture, and coding best practices.
• Manage global development teams across SAP and enterprise applications.
• Oversee customer-facing technology platforms including eCommerce solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive ERP modernization, application enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project portfolios, budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, and enterprise security standards.
• Support M&A integration efforts and optimize enterprise application landscapes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience.
• 10+ years of SAP development experience including S/4HANA, ABAP, PI/PO, CPI, Fiori, and Web Dynpro.
• Hands-on experience with User Exits, BAPIs, Enhancements, Reports, Transactions, and SAP integrations.
• Experience leading enterprise application development across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and eCommerce.
• Strong project/program management and budget management experience.
• Experience managing global teams and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
