Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing processes.

Duties include

• Identify, develop and implement programs to reduce unscheduled outages and improve OEE- Availability.
• Apply formal methods to predict equipment failures and develop and implement projects to prevent failures
• Maintain documented information of plant assets including projects, drawings, and diagrams.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge and application of equipment failure prediction methods - FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis
• Knowledge in the development and implementation of reliability programs including vibration monitoring and analysis, non-destructive testing, ultrasonic and infrared thermography inspections, oil analysis, and motor circuit analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software., * Engineering degree in mechanical or reliability engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Basic drafting experience preferred - AutoCAD a plus.
• Certification in Reliability from the American Society for Quality, The Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals
• The Association of Asset Management Professionals a plus.
