Requirements

About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Syniti Developer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Syniti/BackOffice, SQL, Python, Shell, ETL concepts along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments., * 3+ years hands-on experience developing with Syniti/BackOffice Associates (data migration, data quality, or MDM projects).

Strong experience configuring Syniti components: mappings, transforms, templates, and connectors.
Practical knowledge of ETL concepts, data mapping, data modeling, and data quality rules.
Familiarity with source/target systems (SAP ECC/S4, Oracle, Salesforce) and common data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Experience with scripting (Python, Shell, or JavaScript) for automation and integration tasks.
Solid understanding of data governance, change management, and audit controls.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
