TELECOMMUTE Data Governance Analyst

Requirements & Process Documentation * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. * Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Create and maintain data dictionaries, business rules, and master data documentation. * Develop end-to-end process flows covering activities, systems, integrations, dependencies, and handoffs. * Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and downstream systems.

SAP & E2E Process Support * Support master data processes across SAP and integrated applications. * Understand how master data moves across systems throughout the E2E lifecycle. * Partner with SAP functional teams to validate requirements, process sequencing, dependencies, and system impacts. * Analyze SAP master data objects, fields, business rules, and functional requirements. * Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize end-to-end processes.

Collaboration & Reporting * Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, data governance teams, and solution architects. * Facilitate and participate in requirements and process-review sessions. * Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and open decisions. * Communicate project progress and escalate risks or blockers when needed.

2-5 years of SAP experience, preferably with master data or E2E business processes. * Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. * Experience creating data dictionaries, process flows, business rules, and functional documentation. * Understanding of SAP master data concepts and E2E process dependencies. * Ability to understand data and process flows across multiple systems. * Experience supporting BST and UAT testing cycles. * Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
