Define and own the Collibra product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and business objectives. Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, including workflows, domains, data dictionaries, and stewardship models. Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate them into actionable user stories. Ensure seamless integration of Collibra with platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and other enterprise data systems. Establish and enforce standards for metadata management, data lineage, and data quality across business units. Drive user adoption and enablement through training, onboarding, and support for data stewards and business users. Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and governance KPIs to inform continuous improvement and strategic decisions. Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory alignment with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and other frameworks. Support CI/CD enablement for Collibra workflows and integrations using Git-based version control and DevOps practices. Manage stakeholder communications, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination in Agile/Scrum environments.
