Job description
Define and own the Collibra product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and business objectives. Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, including workflows, domains, data dictionaries, and stewardship models. Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate them into actionable user stories. Ensure seamless integration of Collibra with platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and other enterprise data systems. Establish and enforce standards for metadata management, data lineage, and data quality across business units. Drive user adoption and enablement through training, onboarding, and support for data stewards and business users. Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and governance KPIs to inform continuous improvement and strategic decisions. Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory alignment with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and other frameworks. Support CI/CD enablement for Collibra workflows and integrations using Git-based version control and DevOps practices. Manage stakeholder communications, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination in Agile/Scrum environments. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Owner with deep expertise in Collibra and enterprise data governance. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of experience in data strategy, product ownership, and technical delivery across large-scale data platforms. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with Collibra to drive data governance initiatives across the organization., 12+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data platforms. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Collibra, including workflow design, domain modeling, and platform administration. Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality frameworks. Experience integrating Collibra with cloud platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting for automation and data validation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices for data platform delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. Telecom domain experience is a plus.
