Principal Software Development Engineer

Our Consumer Experience and Analytics organization, within CVS Health’s Data, Digital, Analytics, and Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a hands-on, passionate, and people-focused Principal Software Development Engineer to join our high-energy, growing team. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will join a high-performing architecture team responsible for developing a cloud-native platform designed to transform healthcare experiences and improve the lives of hundreds of millions of consumers.

As a Principal Software Development Engineer, you will operate within a large-scale product, engineering, and architecture ecosystem, leading strategic technical initiatives across one or more value streams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), or enterprise platforms. Success in this role requires exceptional partnership skills, broad technical depth, strong communication abilities, and a strategic mindset capable of bridging business objectives with technology solutions.
