Job description

ROI Commercial Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Mid to Senior-Level Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing department. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role is essential to elevating our brand and producing top-tier deliverables for our commercial brokerage teams.

We are looking for a forward-thinking creative professional who embraces modern design workflows, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is eager to leverage Artificial Intelligence as a tool for innovation. If you are a solution-oriented designer who takes ownership of their projects, welcomes constructive critique, and executes with precision, we want you on our team., * Collateral & Print Design: Update and elevate property brochures, offering memorandums, and general marketing collateral to meet departmental standards.

  • Digital & Social Media: Conceptualize and create engaging social media posts, and occasionally pitch fresh ideas to the marketing team.
  • Specialized Graphics: Design and format maps, standard aerials, and oblique aerials by accurately placing graphics and labeling vital structural/geographic points of interest.
  • Basic-Level Knowledge of HTML & CSS: Update basic information on our website and create engaging eblast marketing campaigns for property listings or new announcements.
  • Multimedia: Handle occasional videography and execute minor animations for digital campaigns.
  • Project Management: Diligently log progress and maintain accurate, daily updates within the company project tracker to ensure seamless team visibility.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintains a highly solution-oriented communication style. Must be open and willing to receive creative critique and swiftly implement changes without resistance.

Requirements

  • Formal Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Professional Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working in a marketing team or a marketing related role.
  • Experience & Technical Proficiency: Mid to senior-level graphic design experience with advanced proficiency in industry-standard software (including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
  • Modern Workflow Adaptability: A strong willingness to grow, adapt to evolving technologies, and actively utilize AI as a supplementary design tool.
  • Strong Organization: Exceptional file management skills and a proven track record of keeping assets and project files organized.
  • Attention to Detail: Hyper-focused on accuracy, typography, and visual hierarchy. You catch the small mistakes before they go to print.
  • Time Management: Punctual, reliable, and capable of prioritizing multiple overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Workplace Model: Must be able to commute daily to our Las Vegas office., * Bachelor’s (Required)
