Job description

  • Analyze healthcare claims, enrollment, utilization, quality, and provider data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain healthcare measures, dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Support healthcare policy, payment reform, value-based care, and rural health transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct data validation, quality assurance, and documentation of analytic methods.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership, providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with state agencies, healthcare providers, and technical partners to support strategic healthcare initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare analytics, health services research, policy analysis, or program evaluation.
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets, including claims, encounter, enrollment, or clinical data.
  • Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytics tool such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
