Job description

Successful candidates will possess demonstrable experience and skills in planning, designing, installing, and supporting the SailPoint IdentityIQ technology solution. Candidates will be familiar with administration and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ product to support the enterprise’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) requirements. Candidates will be familiar with integrating SailPoint with access and authentication solutions such as ForgeRock Access Manager (AM), Ping Identity, or Okta. Candidates will be familiar with configuring and constructing IdentityIQ workflows, certification campaigns, and access reviews to meet application specific requirements. A deep understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available. The candidate will work directly with senior-level systems and software engineers and architects to design and implement solutions in a large complex worldwide enterprise., * Providing oversight on design, implementation, deployment, and support of the enterprise’s IGA solution utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Assessing requirements for ICAM solutions to meet stakeholders needs.
  • Analysis of long-term ICAM strategies aligned with enterprise requirements to include federation integration with other ICAM solutions used across DoD and other Federal Agencies.
  • Ensuring solutions meet maintainability, reliability, sustainability, capacity, and security requirements.
  • Developing strategies and working with other Agency Program Management Offices (PMOs) to develop complex workflows and certification campaigns required to integrate new Information Systems with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Supporting the Program Management Offices (PMOs) and/or users to address their requests, questions, and concerns.

Requirements

  • 6+ years total experience in a significant engineering or administrative role supporting enterprise-class Identity, Credential and Management (ICAM) solutions.
  • 3+ years’ experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementing identity and access management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
  • 3+ years’ experience installing, securing, upgrading, and patching the SailPoint IdentityIQ technology solution.
  • Advanced knowledge of LDAP, directory services, application servers and network infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience integrating solutions with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate, Credential Service Providers, and Identity Access Management (IAM) technologies such as ForgeRock Access Manager, Ping Identity, or Okta.
  • Experience with standard authentication protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ICAM solutions with web-based applications to provide authentication and authorization.
  • Experience designing and implementation of ICAM solutions for high availability and disaster recovery., * Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.
  • Communication skills key! Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate design and configuration choices and bring about consensus.

Education/Certifications:

  • BS degree in Information Technology or another related technical discipline.
  • Certification(s) in SailPoint IdentityIQ (Desired).
