Job description

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
  • Create custom connectors and APIs to integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and meet user requirements.

  • System Integration:

  • Collaborate with teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop seamless data flows across systems to ensure high-quality and secure integrations.

  • Optimization and Maintenance:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

  • Compliance and Security:

  • Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain system integrity.

  • Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Automate workflows and processes to enhance productivity and decision-making.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in developing both model-driven and canvas apps.
  • Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
  • Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
  • Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server, Dataverse, or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience with Microsoft CoPilot and other AI tools.

Certifications:

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate, * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience to guide junior engineers., * Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security best practices in Power Platform development.
