Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide and coach the Agile Release Train to deliver value at scale. You will facilitate ART events, drive Lean-Agile practices, and align teams with the program’s strategic direction. You’ll tackle impediments, manage risks, and foster relentless improvement across multiple teams. This is a chance to influence large, complex programs and enable cross-functional collaboration in a mission-driven financial services environment. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate ART processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive value delivery * Create a participative, safe environment where feedback is valued and respected * Align priorities with organizational goals and measure progress against metrics * Identify critical priorities and ensure resource focus despite distractions * Escalate impediments and risks to keep value delivery on track * Explain and operationalize improvements and opportunities for new initiatives * Provide concrete actions, accountability, timelines, and follow-up for teams * Optimize value flow through ART and Solution Train using Kanban boards and information radiators * Establish annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) * Prepare and run PI Planning readiness via Continuous Exploration and pre/post-PI meetings * Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices * Influence through collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement * Support resourcing decisions to alleviate bottlenecks and foster team collaboration * Ensure strategy-execution alignment among Product/Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders * Operate within Lean Budgets and Guardrails Tasks * 5-7 years of experience in Scrum and/or agile release trains * Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban techniques * Demonstrated servant leadership mindset * Experience with product development process cycles * Understanding of information systems, interlinkages and operations * Strong facilitation, negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) * Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and visual collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, IdeaBoardz) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred * SAFe 5.0 Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification (90 days) * SAFe 5.0 SPC certification preferred Key requirements * 401K matching * bonding leave for new parents * tuition assistance * training * GM employee auto discount * community service pay
