  • All genuine job opportunities are listed directly on our official careers portal at Careers., Codeworks, an LRS company, is looking for a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Consultant to support workforce reporting, analytics, and data operations within a people-focused organization on a contract role. This role will primarily support Workday reporting while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions, data insights, and operational support. The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems, working directly with customers, and translating workforce questions into meaningful data solutions., * Support and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and other stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, investigate data discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and related reporting solutions.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and data extraction activities.
  • Document reporting processes, business definitions, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and technical teams to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency.
  • Contribute to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and workforce analytics initiatives as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and modernize reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, HR systems, or related fields.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
  • Experience with at least one reporting or business intelligence platform, such as Workday Reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment.

The base range for this contract position is $45.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
