Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will administer and engineer ICE’s SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to enable reliable identity lifecycle management in a regulated, production-critical environment. You will design and maintain workflows, onboard applications, and support the migration from IdentityIQ, ensuring security, compliance, and operational continuity. You work closely with cross-functional teams to automate and optimize identity processes and provide audit-ready evidence. This position offers a chance to shape enterprise IAM at scale within a leading financial marketplace. Compensation / Benefits * Administer SailPoint ISC end-to-end (provisioning, deprovisioning, lifecycle events) * Design, build, and maintain workflows, transforms, rules, and integrations in ISC * Own connector configuration, attribute mapping, and entitlement aggregation for new apps * Support IIQ-to-ISC migration activities including re-onboarding and cutover validation * Automate identity processes using SailPoint APIs, REST, and scripting * Troubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow errors, and connector issues * Manage ServiceNow integration for access requests, approvals, and provisioning * Produce access evidence, reports, and support audits * Maintain runbooks, standards, and platform documentation for continuity and audit readiness * Occasional on-call support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field * Hands-on SailPoint ISC experience (not just IIQ) * Strong IAM fundamentals (joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, RBAC, entitlement management, provisioning, access governance) * Experience building SailPoint workflows, transforms, and provisioning rules * Experience onboarding applications and certification configuration in SailPoint * Scripting and API integration for identity automation (Python, BeanShell, REST, JSON) * Experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow for access workflow * Experience supporting identity-related audits and certification campaigns * Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders Key requirements *
