Build, train, test, and improve an AI agent that performs repeatable intake-triage activities and integrates with the established intake workflow and approved enterprise platforms. Develop prompts, classification criteria, knowledge sources, retrieval patterns, guardrails, human-review points, exception handling, and quality measures for the triage agent. Document the AI agent s dependencies, integration points, data needs, access requirements, decisions, limitations, operating procedures, and ongoing ownership. Maintain human oversight and validation during agent development and adoption; use feedback and observed outcomes to improve accuracy, consistency, and routing quality. Facilitate communication between Cybersecurity and AI teams, ensuring business objectives, technical designs, security needs, decisions, and follow-up actions are clear. Translate requirements into epics, features, stories, process maps, evaluation criteria, traceability artifacts, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries as appropriate. Support selected AI security tool evaluations by defining use cases and criteria, coordinating proof-of-concept activities, documenting findings, and preparing recommendations. Manage stakeholder alignment across competing priorities, surface gaps and unresolved decisions, and drive clear ownership and next steps. Create reusable templates, playbooks, knowledge articles, training materials, and governance artifacts that strengthen long-term AI security intake and enablement capabilities
