Manage day-to-day project budgets, schedules, and development tools to keep projects on track

Prepare clear, actionable updates and materials for senior leadership and investment committees

Drive Financial Insight

Own project financial models and economic analysis to guide key transactions and decisions

Evaluate risks and opportunities across development activities, framing tradeoffs for stakeholders

Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy and transparency in economic reporting

Strengthen Partnerships

Support negotiations and relationships with utilities, land agents, and counsel

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, permitting, origination, finance, and external consultants

Help structure contracts and agreements that enable successful project execution

Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage relationships and priorities effectively

Familiarity with energy project development processes or power market dynamics

A growth mindset-curiosity to learn new technologies, openness to feedback, and drive to contribute to a fast-moving team

MBA or advanced degree is a plus
