Job description
We are looking for a highly experienced RGM Integration Lead with a strong Retail/CPG background to lead enterprise integration architecture and delivery for Revenue Growth Management initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable data flows across Pricing, Promotion, Trade Architecture, and Planning, while working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architecture groups, and external technology partners. What You’ll Do
- Lead integration strategy and architecture for RGM solutions.
- Design API, batch, event-driven, file-based, and database integrations.
- Develop interface contracts, data mappings, and source-to-target specifications.
- Lead integrations across RGM, Trade Promotion Management, Data Lake, and enterprise applications.
- Drive data validation, reconciliation, quality, and exception management.
- Lead SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, performance, and production validation.
- Support deployment, cutover, production readiness, and hypercare.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and vendor deliverables.
- Establish integration governance, documentation, and change-control processes.
- Define monitoring, logging, alerting, recovery, and production support requirements.
- Develop operational runbooks and support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong enterprise integration and solution architecture experience.
- Retail/CPG experience strongly preferred.
- Strong API architecture and integration-pattern knowledge.
- Experience with Databricks and Azure.
- Strong SQL/data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with SAP CPI and/or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with OAuth, SAML, API keys, service principals, certificates, and secrets.
- Experience with data mapping, schema design, interface contracts, and data governance.
- Experience with data lakes/lakehouses and MDM.
- CI/CD and automated deployment experience.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Pricing, Promotion, Trade Promotion, Planning, or Revenue Growth Management is highly preferred.

- Local/nearby candidates only
- US Citizen or Green Card required
- $72/hr on W2
- 15+ years of experience required
