Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
  • Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Lead containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Own monitoring, logging, and alerting strategy using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk
  • Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem processes for production systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and QA teams to embed DevSecOps practices into the SDLC
  • Optimize cloud cost, performance, and security posture across environments
  • Establish and enforce standards for configuration management, secrets management, and disaster recovery
  • Mentor and guide junior/mid-level DevOps engineers
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to improve engineering velocity and system reliability

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, automation, container orchestration, and site reliability practices, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the organization., * 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles

  • Strong hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) - multi-cloud experience preferred
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and Docker
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code - Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation, or Pulumi
  • Strong scripting/programming skills - Python, Bash, or Go
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, VPN, Firewalls)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices - IAM, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), vulnerability scanning
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and GitOps workflows
  • Solid understanding of database operations (backup, replication, scaling) - SQL/NoSQL
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, high-availability environments
