Job description

  • We are seeking an experienced Onsite JAVA/J2EE Technical Lead / Team Lead to lead Application Management Services (AMS) for an Insurance environment.
  • The role is responsible for providing technical, operational, and delivery leadership across production support, application maintenance, defect resolution, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring application stability, availability, performance, security, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • The Technical Lead will serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
  • The role will lead day-to-day L2/L3 support operations, prioritize work, coordinate incident and problem resolution, oversee application enhancements and releases, perform technical and code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong Java/J2EE enterprise application development and production support experience, P&C insurance domain knowledge, application server expertise, and demonstrated experience leading technical teams in Agile and onsite-offshore delivery environments.

Requirements

  • The candidate should also have experience adopting AI-assisted software engineering tools and practices to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and application maintenance., * 8+ years of experience in Java 8, Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, Rest API

Benefits & conditions

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $106,480.00 to $159,720.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
