The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Supply Chain will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights that support strategic and tactical supply chain decisions. This role will work closely with procurement, logistics, planning, operations, and finance to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve end-to-end supply chain visibility. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations., * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure supply chain performance (inventory, logistics, service levels, costs, forecast accuracy, etc.).
- Consolidate and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, and external sources
- Perform deep-dive analyses on supply chain issues such as demand variability, inventory inefficiencies, supplier performance, lead times, and cost drivers.
- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk analysis.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support S&OP processes with accurate and timely analytical inputs.
- Track supplier performance and provide actionable insights for vendor management.
- Recommend initiatives to reduce costs, improve fulfillment, or enhance customer service.
- Maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for real-time visibility.
- Support strategic projects including network optimization, sourcing, capacity planning, and productivity initiatives.
- Create presentations to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Partner with supply chain, operations, IT, procurement, finance, and leadership teams to align data requirements and priorities.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams (IT/Data) and business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Field of Study: Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. Engineering, Industrial Technology
Knowledge/Training
- Proven experience in BI, data analytics, or supply chain analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data modeling.
