Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help us make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our management team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive our business forward., * Collect and analyze data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases

  • Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to help improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience working with healthcare data is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
