Job description
Supports core voice, network, server, and infrastructure systems in a mixed enterprise and call center environment. Requires strong VoIP and network administration experience, plus solid server, virtualization, backup, and security skills. Includes daily operations, escalations, service desk overflow, and a light on-call rotation on a small experienced team., · Administer voice and network infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager, Unity, firewalls, switches, LAN/WAN, and routing
· Support storage infrastructure, including iSCSI SAN connectivity and troubleshooting
· Administer VMware hosts, Windows and Linux servers, iSCSI SANs, and Veeam Backup & Replication systems
· Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and core identity-related services
· Network and endpoint security administration, hardening, patching, and operational response
· Participate in compliance, audit, and documentation efforts
· Tiered escalation support and assist with service desk overflow when needed
· Light-duty on-call rotation approximately 1 week per month
· Maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and operational records
Requirements
· 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with substantial responsibility in networking and systems administration
· Strong hands-on experience with enterprise VoIP systems like Cisco Unified Communications Manager & Cisco Unity
· Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and general network troubleshooting Experience with:
· Supporting enterprise-grade firewalls, switches, and general network operations
· Administering VMware vSphere environments
· Windows server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange Server and M365
· Backup and recovery platforms, preferably Veeam Backup & Replication
· Infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and incident response
· Supporting audits, compliance reviews, or control validation activities
· Structured IT operational processes, change control, incident handling, and documentation, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)
