Technical Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. * MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

• 3+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS or digital products. * Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Product Ownership.

• Experience with customer journey mapping, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning. * Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities., Experience with Digital Customer Experience platforms.

• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred). * AI-enabled product development.

• Enterprise Digital Transformation initiatives. * Customer Success and Product Growth initiatives.

• Product consulting experience.
